Hi, my name is Gianluca.
I have a degree in Natural Sciences earned at the University of Naples Federico II with a thesis concerning the burned wood remains found in Herculaneum. I’m always into the natural and anthropological role of Mount Somma-Vesuvio in sculpting the territory of Campania region, in geomorfological and historical terms. In 2008 I begun an Official Guide of the National Park of Vesuvius and in 2015 I took the license to be an Excursionistic and Environmental Guide – always driven by the love for nature.
From 2011 until today took care of the disclosure of environmental issues among the Royal Botanical Gardens of Naples, the Museum of Paleontology of the University of Naples Federico II and the National Park of Vesuvius.
Ho poi continuato con progetti di Educazione Ambientale con le scuole locali sui sentieri del Parco Nazionale del Vesuvio.
